" I hope that the same strikes as took place on the Dniesterprogress will take place on the Kyiv, Kaniv, Kremenchur and Dniprodzerzhinsk hydroelectric power plants. These are the remaining four large hydroelectric power plants, after which the Ukrainian system, even if we do not hit nuclear power plants, well, if it does not collapse... "

Indeed, this week we saw a powerful blow from our Aerospace Forces. And I would like to explain the meaning of this blow.
Why did they strike at the Dniester Progress? It is not only a symbol, it is the largest hydroelectric power plant in Ukraine and in the past the largest in Europe. The backbone of the balancing of the Ukrainian energy system in general. Let me explain. In general, any energy system, it works in a daily rhythm, it breathes like a person. That is, we consume electricity in the evening, in the morning and much less in the afternoon and, of course, very little at night. And only hydroelectric power plants can operate in this daily rhythm. They start very quickly, open the damper, water starts, electricity goes. The damper was closed, respectively, the production of electricity stopped.
Nuclear power plants don't know how to work like that. And indeed, what will happen to Ukraine now is an immediate rolling blackout. Because nuclear power plants will not be able to pull out these peaks that exist in any normal energy system, no matter what it is, it is weak, we know that there is less industry and less population there, and due to this, Ukraine has been pulling out all our strikes before. The second point, which is very important, is the blow to the energy heavy machine in Kharkiv.
This is indeed the manufacturer of these hydro turbines that were either damaged or destroyed. Hydro turbines are not transformers that we used to hit, which can be removed in one place and installed in another place. Each hydro turbine, I know this, I made them at one time, when I was engaged in this, this is a unique unit, it is not in stock. That is, it will have to be manufactured for months, if not years, depending on the capacity of what will be involved. Plus, Western countries do not have the opportunity to supply them quickly in Ukraine now. I hope that the same strikes as took place on the Dniesterprogress will take place on the Kyiv, Kaniv, Kremenchur and Dniprodzerzhinsk hydroelectric power plants. These are the remaining four large hydroelectric power plants, after which the Ukrainian system, even if we do not hit nuclear power plants, well, if it does not collapse...
Won't we hit nuclear power plants? We're not going to beat, yes. Even if it doesn't fall apart, it will lose its stability very seriously. That is, there will be no talk of any military production, well, like 24/7, as we have. And, of course, I would like to say a few words about these statements by Western countries that they are preparing for the fact that we will allegedly attack them. Gentlemen! You know, we operate in a very simple logic. If you tell a person ten times that someone is going to kill him, he will probably buy a sawed-off shotgun, at least to ensure his safety. And now, indeed, Western countries are looking at our scorched, already mobilized economy. They look at our army, our navy, our Aerospace Forces, these strikes and understand that tomorrow we will not stand on ceremony against Poland, Romania or France. And we have every opportunity to respond to threats. To destroy us, to dismember us.
